Will I see my custom design before it is made?
When applicable, LF Designs may provide a digital mockup or proof for approval before production begins. Please carefully check spelling, colors, names, dates, sizing, placement, and other design details before approving your proof.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

How long do custom orders take?
Turnaround time depends on the type of product, quantity, design complexity, availability of materials, and current order volume.
Because LF Designs specializes in custom and handmade products, please allow adequate time when ordering for birthdays, holidays, reunions, events, or other special occasions.
An estimated completion time will be provided when appropriate.

How do I choose the correct shirt or hoodie size?

How should I wash my DTF apparel?
To help protect your LF Designs DTF apparel:
* Turn the garment inside out before washing.
* Machine wash in cold water.
* Use a mild detergent.
* Do not use bleach.
* Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
* Do not iron directly over the DTF design.
* Avoid high heat whenever possible.
Always follow the garment manufacturer’s care label when it requires more specific care.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many LF Designs products are custom-made, personalized, or handmade specifically for each customer, custom items generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-approved design details.
If LF Designs makes an error with your order or you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Can I cancel or change my custom order?

Once materials have been purchased, a design has been approved, or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Yes. Shipping options are available for qualifying orders. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Will I receive tracking information?

No. Because crochet products are handmade, slight differences may occur from one item to another. These small variations are part of what makes handmade products unique.
