Thank you for shopping with LF Designs LLC. We take pride in creating and preparing each order with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Because LF Designs offers custom, personalized, crocheted, handmade, and made-to-order products, some items may require additional processing time. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed, packaged, and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, LF Designs LLC cannot control carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact LF Designs LLC as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact LF Designs LLC promptly and provide your order information along with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation.
Custom & Handmade Orders
Please allow additional preparation time for custom-designed, personalized, crocheted, and other handmade products. We want to ensure that every LF Designs product is prepared with the quality and care it deserves.
Thank you for supporting LF Designs LLC.
