LF Designs LLC provides custom-designed, handmade, personalized, and other merchandise and creative products.
By placing an order with LF Designs LLC, you confirm that you have reviewed your order information and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
2. Products & Services
LF Designs LLC may offer products including, but not limited to:

* DTF-designed apparel
* Crocheted and handmade products
* Hats and accessories
* Personalized merchandise
* Other creative and inspired designs
Product availability may change without notice.
Because some products are handmade or custom-created, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, texture, or appearance may occur. Computer and mobile screens may also display colors differently from the actual product.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for custom orders, including names, wording, spelling, sizes, colors, images, and other requested specifications.
Customers should carefully review all customization information before approving or submitting an order.
Once production has begun on a custom or personalized product, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom and personalized products are generally considered final sale, except when an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or LF Designs LLC made an error in fulfilling the approved order.
4. Customer-Submitted Designs & Images
By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, wording, graphics, or other materials to LF Designs LLC for customization, you represent that you have the necessary permission or rights to use those materials for the requested purpose.
LF Designs LLC reserves the right to decline an order that we reasonably believe may violate another person’s intellectual property rights or applicable law.
5. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Custom orders may be priced according to the materials, size, design complexity, labor, personalization, and other requirements of the order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added to the purchase price.
6. Payments
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.
For certain custom orders, full payment or a deposit may be required before work begins.
Orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
7. Cancellations
Standard orders may only be canceled before processing or production begins.
Because custom, personalized, and handmade products may require materials and labor specifically for the customer, cancellations may not be accepted once production has started.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary.
LF Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the LF Designs LLC Return & Exchange Policy.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale unless there is an approved issue involving damage, defect, or an error made by LF Designs LLC.
10. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.
LF Designs LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, handling, or use of a product contrary to provided care instructions.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original LF Designs LLC logos, branding, photographs, product designs, graphics, website content, and other original materials created by LF Designs LLC remain the property of LF Designs LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, and other website information are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur. LF Designs LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary. If a paid order must be canceled because of our error, the applicable payment will be refunded.
13. Refusal of Service
LF Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unlawful requests, intellectual-property concerns, abusive conduct, payment issues, or circumstances that make the order impossible to fulfill.
Any refund due following such a cancellation will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LF Designs LLC will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the misuse of our products or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
